Keith started in commercial real estate sales, which provided him the foundation of knowledge to build a successful real estate investment company. Keith built Dual City Investments on the foundation of fidelity and integrity, and he is always looking for areas of improvement and a desire to do things differently. Keith architected a cohesive ecosystem of real estate divisions that provide tools and services that make transactions more efficient, which allows Dual City Investments to transact where others cannot. Having a diverse background in federal law enforcement, entrepreneurship, and education, as well as being a published author has provided Keith with the experience needed to adjust and overcome obstacles and challenges we are confronted with in the investment real estate industry.

Joey uses his Mathematics and CRE Investment Sales background to specialize in Financial Analysis and Modeling of all current and potential Investments. In close collaboration with the Dual City Executive and Support Team, Joey plays a pivotal role in Asset Management oversight and Macro Operational strategy. Joey uses his creative analysis and vision to find winning solutions to complex issues and believes the best path to prosperity is to “Work smarter AND harder.”
Michael Migliaccio

Michael’s primary function is to identify investors who are interested in diversifying their investments by adding commercial real estate to their portfolio with a firm that fits their personality and investment criteria. Michael's number one focus after identifying new investors is building and maintaining relationships and always demonstrating the quality of integrity. He is the conduit between the operational side of the house and investors, and although he has an accounting background, he realized that nurturing relationships and listening to investors is the foundation for growth.
Daniel Walles
Principal | Fund Manager
Daniel graduated from UNLV with a bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration and has more than 10 years of experience managing assets in Hospitality, Retail, Industrial, as well as Multifamily. He will oversee fund assets and supervise any third party management or value-add projects. He will be in daily communication with property managers and the other fund managers.
