Keith has multiple high level degrees and diverse experience in multiple fields giving him the ability to adapt and adjust to obstacles and challenges. After founding a successful Real Estate investment and syndication firm the next logical progression was to start a real estate investment fund. Keith’s main directive is to build the right team and oversee the focus of daily operations to successful completion.

Chief  Executive Officer

Joey graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics. His passion for numbers and real estate made specializing in underwriting and analyzing assets an easy choice. In addition to acquisition/disposition analysis and overseeing all monthly reports Joey plays a vital part in planning where and when to deploy funds, maximizing returns and protecting assets.

MICHAEL MIGLIACCIO

Chief Financial Officer

Michael has an accounting degree from Adelphi University and has spent the last 20 years working for the Department of Justice. Michael has operational input and provides a channel between the management team and investors, giving feedback from investors so that Dual City may pivot and adjust to investor needs. He handles investor inquiries and provide company information to the market. Builds effective relationships with investors with the desire to grow wealth in real estate.

DANIEL WALLES

Chief Asset Manager

Daniel graduated from UNLV with a bachelors degree in Hotel Administration and has more than 10 years of experience managing assets in Hospitality, Retail, Industrial, as well as Multifamily. He will oversee fund assets and supervise any third party management or value-add projects. He will be in daily communication with property managers and the other fund managers.

Alanna Wojciechowski

Investor Relations Director

A Charleston native, Alanna graduated from College Of Charleston in 2013 where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. Her passion for people and elevating small businesses led her to successfully launch and build a marketing and multi-media consulting business. After 7 years of enhancing and championing small businesses she turned her focus to real estate. Alanna’s experience enables her to provide both growth and preservation of wealth and the highest level of communication to investors and venture capitalists.

Tony Bonitati

Strategic Advisor

With over 35 years of finance and real estate experience, Tony meets at the intersection of these fields. His goal is to create a replicable, yet incredibly client-specific, model for investing in real world assets using blockchain and tokenization. Tony’s vast experience in commercial real estate, development and corporate business planning offers a unique perspective to investors for the future of commercial real estate transactions. He has specialized in cultivating investor relationships and has been involved in over half a billion dollars in real estate transactions. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Arizona State University.
